Win Sports Vision and former Japanese top professionalYuichi Sugita are pleased to announce the launch of a new junior development
project based at Shanhua Club in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, beginning in
earnest on 24 June.
Yuichi Sugita reached a career‑high ATP singles ranking of No. 36 (9 October 2017) and captured his first ATP Tour title on grass at the ATP 250 event in Antalya, Turkey, as one of the leading players in Japanese
men’s tennis.
Drawing on this extensive international experience, he willnow focus on nurturing the next generation of juniors through his involvement
in this project.
Shanhua Club is a junior‑focused tennis club based at theShenzhen Bay Sports Training Base in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and has long
been recognized by local media and the education community as a model case of “integrating sports and education,” combining high‑performance sports with school education.
Each summer, the club serves as both venue and organizingbody for ITF junior tournaments, hosting international events that attract
players not only from China but also from Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and
many other countries and regions.
The facilities include around 20 hard courts, four of whichare indoors, as well as an on‑site fitness gym for strength and conditioning, enabling a comprehensive performance‑enhancement program that combines tennis with physical training.
The club is located in an area with a high concentration ofinternational schools such as Shenzhen Bay School and many Japanese expatriate
families, offering convenient access from the Japanese school and office
districts of Japanese companies.
The Shanhua Club summer program is scheduled to run from 24June to 24 August, with participation possible from one week up to multiple
weeks.
The target age group is expected to be roughly 12 to 18years old.
